Ability to edit link text

If we need to change link text, it is required to copy URL, edit link text, highlight text, click link icon, and paste URL.
It would be great if GC could follow the pattern of other editing software and have link text as a field that pops up when you select the link.

We have recently made some big improvements to links and formatting in general, one of those improvements being that you can now easily edit link text without having to reapply the link!
