Enforce complex password requirements

The user password requirements for GC should be updated to align to current best practices. Currently the only requirement is a minimum of 8 characters, with no requirements for complexity/variety of characters. Many organizations are enforcing password minimums on vended systems and GC doesn't meet a number of those criteria.

We have recently updated our password requirements to enforce stronger passwords. This will only affect new passwords being set - existing passwords will remain unless changed.
The new requirements are as follows:
Minimum 8 characters and at least 3 of the following; At least 1 uppercase character, At least 1 lowercase character, At least 1 number, At least 1 special character.
