Folders can't be drag and dropped easily. Makes organising them in a specific order impossible.

Please fix what should be a very basic function, you must be already aware of it.

I've had the same issue. I was using Google Chrome and a PC and it just wouldn't happen. Restarted my machine and changed to another browser and it worked.
