When drafting content it is often necessary to move things around on the page. At present if you cut and paste a block of text that contains a comment/comments you lose them.

I suggest either making a 'drag' feature where you can rearrange content and keep any comments - or - adjust the cut/paste capability so comments are captured along with the text.
